Why Choose Us?
Why Harrisburg Homeowners Choose 12 Point Renovation
• Local Harrisburg Remodeling Experts: We know Central Pennsylvania housing stock, from 1920s Midtown row homes to West Shore split-levels, and what tends to be hiding behind the plaster.
• One Contractor, Start to Finish: No coordinating a tile guy, an electrician, and a cabinet installer who all blame each other. We manage the trades, the schedule, and the cleanup.
• Written Scopes, Not Verbal Guesses: The plan, the materials, and the price on paper before anything gets torn out. No estimates that grow 30 percent halfway through.
• Honest, No-Pressure Pricing: No inflated quotes, no hidden line items, no upselling you into a bigger project than you asked for. Straight answers and a real number upfront.

Customer Reviews
Trusted by Homeowners Across Central PA
They Treated Our Kitchen Like Their Own Home
We got a written estimate up front and the number never moved. The same two guys were here every morning, cleaned up every night, and finished two days early.
Our Basement Is Now The Best Room We Have
They walked the space with us, pointed out what would and would not work, then framed, wired and finished the whole thing. The trim work is flawless.
On Schedule, On Budget, No Surprises
Two bathrooms in an older Camp Hill home, so we expected problems. When they found bad subfloor they showed us the photos and the cost before touching it.

Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, flooring, finish carpentry, exterior work, and full home renovations. If you can describe it, there is a good chance we can build it.
Will I get a written estimate before work starts?
Yes. You get the scope, the materials, and the price in writing before anything gets torn out, and nothing changes without your approval.
Who will actually be in my home?
The same crew from demo through final finishes, not a rotating cast of subs you have never met. You will always know who is on site and what they are working on.
What areas do you serve?
We work throughout the Harrisburg area on both sides of the river, including Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Hershey, Hummelstown, New Cumberland, and the surrounding communities of Central PA.
Do you take on smaller projects, or only full remodels?
Both. A single bathroom, a flooring replacement, a deck rebuild, or trim work in one room are all normal jobs for us.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. The site visit and the written estimate are free, with no obligation attached to either.
Let's Talk About Your Project
Free estimates. Written scopes. No surprise line items. Tell us what you have in mind and we will walk your space, give you a real number, and let you decide from there.
